2025 Was the Year GlampLaunch Took Shape
It’s easy to look at GlampLaunch today and assume it arrived fully formed, confident in its direction, clear in its offering, and established in the glamping industry.
That isn’t how it began.
January 2025 marked the true starting point. At that time, we hadn’t yet rebranded and were still trading as Home Living Luxury. We had only just delivered our first-ever glamping pods, following our first sale in November 2024.
That delivery took place in January 2025 at what remains our flagship site today: The Crown at Pantygelli in Monmouthshire, South Wales.
That moment was operational D-Day.
It was the point where ideas turned into accountability, and where GlampLaunch moved from concept to real-world responsibility.
2025 wasn’t about chasing rapid growth. It was about formation: learning what it truly takes to operate properly, reliably, and professionally within the glamping and off-grid accommodation industry.
From Promising to Properly Established
What changed by the end of 2025 wasn’t just what existed on paper; it was what existed in reality.
By December, GlampLaunch had moved beyond potential and into proof.
Over the course of the year, we:
• Delivered multiple real-world projects across the UK
• Collected genuine, on-site client testimonials
• Proven our products across glamping pods, sauna pods, office pods, and bespoke builds
• Introduced defined systems and repeatable processes to support consistent delivery
• Expanded our services to include feasibility studies and planning-agent support
That expansion wasn’t theoretical. It resulted in tangible resources and services designed to help landowners and operators make better decisions, including:
• Glamping land acquisition and site shortlisting reports
• Early-stage feasibility assessments for new glamping projects
• Support for landowners exploring whether to sell, rent, or develop glamping land
• Hospitality-grade glamping mattresses designed specifically for high-occupancy, short-stay accommodation.
Alongside this, GlampLaunch strengthened its position within the wider UK glamping industry through increased professional involvement, with Taylor Glass serving as a director within GITA (the Glamping Industries Trade Association).
Most importantly, we gained absolute clarity.
Clarity on who we serve.
Clarity on what we offer.
And clarity on how we deliver projects properly, without cutting corners.
If there’s one sentence that defines 2025 for GlampLaunch, it’s this:
2025 was the catalyst year that laid the foundations for GlampLaunch to become one of the UK’s leading glamping companies.
The Moment It Became “Real”
There was a clear turning point in 2025.
Around June–July, we committed fully to the rebrand and became GlampLaunch. That decision wasn’t cosmetic. It was a deliberate declaration of focus and intent.
The rebrand marked a fundamental shift in how we operated from being a general supplier to becoming:
• A specialist pod manufacturer
• A glamping-first business
• A company operating with genuine industry responsibility
From that point forward, we weren’t simply selling structures. We were committed to long-term outcomes, supporting client livelihoods, navigating planning compliance, and ensuring site performance over time.
That shift carried weight.
It changed how decisions were made, how projects were assessed, and how responsibility was approached. Once that line was crossed, there was no room for shortcuts, and no appetite for them either.

Doing the Uncomfortable Work That Builds Trust
One of the most uncomfortable decisions I made in 2025 turned out to be one of the most valuable.
I began visiting sites. Meeting clients face-to-face. Standing beside delivered projects. Filming real testimonials on location.
It wasn’t something I enjoyed.
I was nervous.
I was young.
And I didn’t know what feedback I might hear.
But those visits became one of the strongest trust assets GlampLaunch has.
Allowing real clients to speak openly, on real sites, about real projects created a level of credibility that no amount of polished marketing could ever replace. It grounded the brand in lived experience rather than claims, and that mattered.
The Most Expensive Lesson of the Year
One of the biggest lessons of 2025 was learning that not every lead is a serious client.
The cost wasn’t just financial. It showed up in more subtle and more damaging ways:
• Lost time
• Increased stress
• Drained mental bandwidth
• Opportunity cost
Chasing uncommitted enquiries, often referred to as tyre kickers, consistently pulled focus away from projects that genuinely mattered.
The solution, once recognised, was simple but powerful:
• Stop chasing
• Let committed clients come to us
• Introduce clear qualification barriers
That shift didn’t just reduce noise. It fundamentally improved how we operate day-to-day, allowing us to focus on delivery, quality, and long-term outcomes rather than constant follow-ups.
Tightening Client Qualification (and Why It Matters)
A direct result of those early lessons was tightening how we qualify projects.
Previously, we produced bespoke drawings and invested significant time into projects before any real commitment existed. In some cases, that work was completed in full, only for prospects to disappear entirely.
Today, any bespoke project requires a £249 bespoke drawing package. If the build goes ahead, that fee is deducted from the final project cost.
It isn’t a revenue play.
It’s a seriousness filter.
That single change dramatically reduced wasted effort, improved project quality, and ensured our time is focused on clients who are genuinely ready to move forward.
Learning to Say No
As the business matured, learning to say no became essential.
We now confidently decline:
• Low-budget, non-bespoke projects
• Commodity home-garden saunas that don’t align with our delivery model
• Work that pulls focus away from our core expertise
This isn’t about exclusivity or scale for its own sake. It’s about protecting build quality, delivery standards, and long-term outcomes, for the clients and us.
Proof Beats Promises Every Time
The biggest stabilising force for GlampLaunch in 2025 wasn’t marketing; it was proof.
Delivered projects.
On-site testimonials.
Real-world performance.
That proof was tested in late 2025, when widespread flooding affected parts of England, Scotland, and Wales. At our flagship site, The Crown at Pantygelli, severe flooding occurred across the land.
Despite those conditions, our glamping pods experienced zero water ingress.
That moment validated our build quality more convincingly than any brochure, specification sheet, or sales promise ever could. It reinforced the importance of focusing on construction integrity, compliance, and real-world performance, not just appearances.

From Doing Everything to Building Properly
At the start of 2025, almost every part of the business relied on me: sales, admin, design, client communication, and decision-making.
By the end of the year, that began to change:
• Key responsibilities were delegated
• Output became more consistent
• Trust within the team strengthened
That shift wasn’t about stepping back. It was about building properly.
Going into 2026, the goal is clear: remove myself from admin and low-leverage work, and focus on what matters most: delivery, client relationships, and strategic growth.
What GlampLaunch Does Well Today
At its core, GlampLaunch does one thing exceptionally well: we deliver high-quality pods at factory-direct pricing.

We don’t carry bloated overheads.
Instead, we focus relentlessly on building quality, compliance, and dependable delivery.
That combination is rare in the UK glamping market, and it’s exactly what our clients value most.

2026: The Builder Year
If 2025 was about orientation, 2026 is a builder year.
This is the year GlampLaunch focuses on delivering our five-step launch framework properly, end to end, taking clients from first idea through to a fully launched, income-generating glamping site.
Our 5-Step GlampLaunch Framework is built to remove uncertainty at every stage:
• Vision & Viability: Defining project goals, target guests, and income potential to ensure the numbers and concept stack up before moving forward.
• Feasibility & Permissions: Assessing land suitability, planning risk, and constraints early, so projects can progress with confidence rather than guesswork.
• Pod Design & Specification: Designing and specifying pods tailored to the site, planning requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Site Preparation & Pod Delivery: Managing groundwork, logistics, and pod delivery to ensure installation is smooth and predictable.
• Launch & Booking Setup: Supporting clients with marketing and booking setup so their site is ready to welcome guests from day one.
For clients who want continued support after launch, we also offer optional growth and optimisation retainers once a site is live.
A key focus for 2026 is bringing more clients in at the earliest possible stage. By starting with vision and feasibility, we can answer the right questions upfront, reduce risk, and set projects up properly from day one, rather than fixing problems later.

What We’re Not Chasing
We’re deliberately not chasing:
• Heavy paid advertising
• Short-term, vanity-driven growth
Instead, we’re focused on building organic visibility, earning trust through real-world proof, and developing long-term relationships with the right clients.
That approach may be slower, but it’s far more sustainable, and it aligns with how we want GlampLaunch to grow.
Closing Reflection
2025 wasn’t the year GlampLaunch became big.
It was the year we became aligned.
Aligned in mission.
Aligned in standards.
Aligned in direction.
That alignment is what allows momentum to compound, and it’s what makes 2026 a true builder year.
Looking Ahead: International Expansion
Alongside strengthening our UK operations, 2025 also marked the groundwork for something new.
Over the past year, we’ve been working behind the scenes on the logistics and infrastructure required to deliver GlampLaunch projects internationally. This includes building reliable routes for supplying our pods across Europe, as well as developing the frameworks needed to support projects in the United States and Canada.
As we move into 2026, we’re excited to begin offering international delivery and project support as part of our wider service offering.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does GlampLaunch actually do beyond selling glamping pods?
GlampLaunch is not just a glamping pod supplier. We provide an end-to-end framework designed to help landowners and investors launch glamping projects properly. This includes early-stage feasibility studies, planning support, pod design and specification, site preparation and delivery, and launch and booking setup.
Our approach focuses on reducing risk, improving decision-making, and ensuring projects are commercially and operationally viable before significant investment is made.
2. Why does GlampLaunch start most projects with a feasibility study?
Starting with a feasibility study allows us to assess land suitability, planning constraints, site access, and commercial potential before any build decisions are made. This early-stage work helps clients avoid costly mistakes, understand realistic outcomes, and move forward with confidence.
By answering the right questions upfront, projects are far more likely to progress smoothly and successfully.
3. How does GlampLaunch ensure build quality in real-world conditions?
Build quality is proven through real-world performance, not just specifications. In late 2025, widespread flooding affected parts of the UK, including our flagship site at The Crown at Pantygelli in South Wales.
Despite severe site flooding, GlampLaunch pods experienced zero water ingress. This demonstrated the importance of construction integrity, compliance, and practical design over purely cosmetic features.
4. Why does GlampLaunch charge for bespoke drawings?
GlampLaunch requires a £249 bespoke drawing package for custom projects to ensure both parties are genuinely committed. Previously, producing bespoke designs without commitment led to wasted time and unviable enquiries.
The drawing fee acts as a seriousness filter, helps prioritise committed clients, and is deducted from the final project cost if the build proceeds. This process improves project quality and delivery focus.
5. Does GlampLaunch only work in the UK?
While GlampLaunch is firmly established in the UK glamping market, we are now expanding internationally. Throughout 2025, we worked behind the scenes on the logistics and infrastructure required to support projects across Europe, as well as in the United States and Canada.
As we move into 2026, international delivery and project support are now available for overseas clients.
