Effective for all purchases made through GlampLaunch (GlampLaunch Ltd)
Bespoke Pod Projects (Glamping, Office, Sauna, Hospitality, Government, etc.)
At GlampLaunch, the majority of our products are bespoke builds sold via invoice after direct consultation. Each project is tailored to the customer’s exact needs, and production only begins upon formal confirmation and deposit.
Initial Payment
• 50% Upfront Deposit is required after the project brief is approved and the invoice is issued.
• This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin material procurement and scheduling your pod for production.
Final Payment
• Upon completion of fabrication, we’ll notify you with photos and status updates.
• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 10 working days before the scheduled dispatch from the factory.
• If you request expedited shipping, this payment may be required earlier (during final production stages).
Accepted Payment Method
• Bank Transfer Only: Payment instructions are included on the invoice.
• Please include your invoice number or project name as your payment reference.
VAT Information
• All prices and payments are inclusive of VAT, which is charged at the standard UK rate of 20% across all products and services unless otherwise stated.
• VAT will be itemised on your invoice.
Finance Option via Portman Finance
We offer an optional finance route through our partner, Portman Finance.
• If eligible, you’ll be connected directly with Portman to arrange funding.
• GlampLaunch does not directly provide or manage finance agreements.
• All finance terms and conditions will be provided by Portman Finance during your engagement with them.
