Feasibility. Planning. Infrastructure. Pods. Launch.

We Take Empty Fields And Turn Them Into Glamping Sites.

What Wo Do

We Help Clients Launch Glamping Sites

Launching a glamping site is very daunting (and costly). We help clients navigate the entire journey, avoid expensive mistakes, save thousands of pounds, and launch faster with confidence.

1. Feasibility

Assessing and/or procuring land, site viability, opportunities, and constraints.

2. Planning

Navigating planning permission and regulatory requirements.

3. Infrastructure

Power, water, drainage, access, and site services.

4. Pods

Pod manufacture, delivery, installation, and project execution.

5. Marketing

Building audiences, generating bookings, and encouraging repeat guests.

Why We Do It

When GlampLaunch first started, we were mainly focused on supplying pods.

But after countless Zoom calls, phone calls, emails, and live chat enquiries all asking the same thing — "So... how do I actually start a glamping site?" — Taylor realised that buying a pod wasn't the part people were struggling with.

People wanted to know how to find land, get planning permission, install infrastructure, avoid expensive mistakes, and actually launch a successful site.

After frustratingly answering the same questions over and over again, it became obvious there was a gap in the market.

So rather than just supplying pods, Taylor combined his knowledge of pods, previous electrical experience, and growing network of industry contacts to evolve GlampLaunch into a launch partner — helping clients navigate the entire journey of starting a glamping business.

How We Do It

Founder-Led

GlampLaunch is a growing company with a remote team supporting everything from marketing and administration to planning and project delivery.

However, Taylor personally oversees all client developments and remains directly involved throughout the process. From feasibility studies and planning discussions to supplier coordination and site visits, clients deal directly with the person responsible for making the project happen.

GlampLaunch is a specialist supplier of luxury glamping pods, garden office pods, sauna buildings, hospitality structures, and alternative housing solutions, serving clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe through a lean, factory-direct business model.

Ahead Of The Curve

GlampLaunch was intentionally built without expensive showrooms, salespeople, company vehicles, or large office overheads. While many suppliers spend heavily on maintaining physical premises and corporate infrastructure, we operate remotely, manufacture directly through trusted European factories (The Netherlands and Lithuania), and travel to sites only when required.

Taylor also believes technology should be used as an advantage, not ignored. By embracing AI and more efficient ways of working, GlampLaunch can often achieve more with a small team than many larger organisations.

Put simply, we'd rather spend £10,000 improving your project than £10,000 maintaining a showroom.

Battle-Tested

Before GlampLaunch, Taylor worked as an electrician and spent years on construction sites across the UK.

That practical experience now carries through into every project. Whether discussing infrastructure, utilities, site access, contractors, or installation logistics, he's comfortable both behind a desk and on a muddy building site — although he'd probably admit he prefers the building site.

Where We’re Going

Build it. Grow it. Run it.

We started by supplying pods. Today, we're helping clients launch glamping sites. Tomorrow, we aim to support every stage of the journey — from first idea to long-term operation.

Project Delivery Partner (2026)

Launching a glamping site means dealing with planners, contractors, utility providers, suppliers, installers, and marketing companies.

Today, more clients are asking GlampLaunch to oversee the whole journey — helping them move from empty land to live glamping site without having to figure everything out alone.

Marketing Partner (2027)

We already support clients with websites, marketing, and business growth after their pods are installed.

Next, we want to help sites attract better guests, increase repeat bookings, stand out from competitors, and keep growing long after launch day.

Operational Partner (2028)

Some clients want the income from a glamping site without having to run the site themselves.

In the future, we intend to support selected projects with operational management — from cleaners and guest changeovers to site checks and day-to-day coordination.

Because People Buy From People

Some of our clients have become friends. Others we've spoken to hundreds of times over the course of a project.

That's because launching a glamping site isn't just a purchase — it's often a life-changing decision involving significant time, money, and risk.

We don't take that responsibility lightly.

While GlampLaunch continues to grow, one thing will remain the same: clients will always deal with real people, receive honest advice, and have direct access to the person responsible for helping make their project a success.

Work Directly With Taylor

Most clients don't come to GlampLaunch looking for a pod.

They come because they have an idea and don't know where to start.

If that's where you are today, you're not alone.

From land and planning to infrastructure, pods, marketing, and launch, GlampLaunch exists to help people turn ambitious ideas into reality.
