Designed for unique waterside escapes, the “Greyfen” – 4 Person Shepherd’s Hut Boat combines modern floating accommodation with bright contemporary interiors and relaxing waterfront views. Large windows, clean finishes, and a spacious layout create a calm and airy atmosphere ideal for families, couples, or luxury glamping retreats.

Living & Kitchen Area

Stepping inside, you are welcomed into a bright open-plan living space where large windows and double doors allow natural light to fill the interior while opening directly onto the waterside deck. A comfortable lounge area and dining space create a relaxing setting for socialising, dining, or unwinding beside the water.

Positioned alongside the living area, the modern kitchenette includes practical storage, countertop space, and integrated fittings designed for comfortable short or extended stays.

Bedrooms

Moving through the hut, the sleeping accommodation includes a private double bedroom alongside a separate bunk bedroom designed for additional guests or children. Both rooms feature bright interiors, large windows, and modern finishes that maintain the spacious and welcoming feel throughout the hut.

Bathroom

Positioned along the hallway beside the bunk bedroom, the shower and vanity sink area is finished with bright neutral tones and modern fittings designed to maximise comfort within the floating layout. We recommend setting your pod on concrete, tarmac. A level and secure base prevent issues like water ingress, pest intrusion, and aesthetic wear over time.

Why is a Solid Base Important?

A solid foundation is essential to ensure the longevity and stability of your pod. Setting the pod on an uneven or unstable base can cause structural issues, including door and window misalignments, gaps, and a decrease in insulation and water resistance.

Is electricity required?

Electrical needs vary depending on the pod’s intended use. For simple setups, a 20 Amp supply may suffice, while pods with more equipment may require up to 32 Amps. Consult with our team for specific guidance tailored to your pod’s setup.

Is plumbing required?

Plumbing isn’t necessary for all pods but can be added based on your preferences. If plumbing is needed, we collaborate to pre-plan access points for sinks, showers, or toilets. Our process ensures a smooth installation by preparing all cut-outs and access areas before delivery.
